The journey of wellbeing is as unique as each of us- personal, evolving and entirely our own.
After developing a chronic health condition (ME/CFS) and being told only 5% of people ever recover, I decided I would be one of those! After an initial period of deep rest, I embarked on my own wellbeing journey and created daily practices that after 6 years brought me to a full recovery.
It was through deepening connections with myself, the people around me and nature that I found healing.
What will your way be?
Women's cacao and sharing circles, yoga, meditation, laughter therapy, somatic movement, nature connections and crafting. Which would you choose? All designed to deepen your connections to you, your body, to others and to the world around you.
At Be You Wellbeing retreats, we create a supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore, improve and maintain your wellbeing, AND have fun at the same time!
A certified Transformational and Somatic Coach, I help people create deep, lasting change by integrating mindset work with body based practices- so you don't just think differently, you live differently.
